NO EXPIRATION

“NO EXPIRATION” is a visual representation of the large amount of plastic waste produced by the food industry. Its purpose is to expose viewers to how they as individuals contribute to the enormous amounts of plastic waste produced each year. “NO EXPIRATION” puts into perspective how grocery shopping is not only about the food, but also about buying plastic packaging. The products we buy eventually expire and decompose. However, plastic is non-perishable. It does not expire, but will stay in the environment as waste long after the food is gone.
